What couriers do you use?

We use Evri, DHL Parcel UK and DPD.

How long does delivery take?

If your order is placed after 8am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then it will be shipped the following day (excluding weekends) via a Standard Shipping service.

Delivery on our Standard Shipping service is 48 hours. Our couriers aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. However, our couriers will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

We also offer Express delivery with DHL and EVRi. If a shipping cost is paid in the checkout (different shipping costs apply to each courier) and if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) it will be dispatched the same day on a Express service (excluding weekends).

There are however some exclusions for Express delivery to the following locations - 

Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland.

Can you ship to locations outside of mainland UK?

We ship to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands however, we cannot ship to these locations on a Next Day service, they will be shipped on our Standard shipping service. Please see our "Do you offer Next Day service?" section in FAQs for further information regarding locations we cannot offer Next Day shipping to.

There will be a shipping surcharge which is calculated in automatically at checkout via a rate table according to your location and item weight. Please contact us for further information and to get a exact quote for shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
