You will be aware of the nationwide driver shortage which has affected many couriers/companies who are working hard through this and unfortunately Caribou have been severely impacted by this and informed us on 27/10/21 that they have ceased trading which is unfortunately beyond our control. They are now in the process of returning all packages which were collected on and before 26/10/21. Yes we do! We offer Next Day delivery with DHL and Amazon Shipping. If a £6 shipping cost is paid in the checkout and if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) it will be dispatched the same day on a Next Day service (excluding weekends).

There are however some exclusions for next day delivery to the following locations - 

Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland.

Our couriers aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. However, our couriers will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

If your order is placed after 8am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then it will be shipped the following day (excluding weekends) via a Standard Shipping service.

Yes, all of them are. You will get your tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been printed and processed in our warehouse.

Once your order has been placed you will be given an estimated delivery date through your confirmation email. You will also be given a tracking number within your confirmation email. Please track your order to check the progress of your delivery. There is no difference between Baking Soda and Sodium Bicarbonate. Baking Soda is just an alternative name for Sodium Bicarbonate.

Our Epsom Salt Pharmaceutical is manufactured in China and our Epsom Salt Natural is produced in Germany. Due to the Epsom Salt Pharmaceutical being manufactured we can guarantee that the magnesium levels throughout will be consistent whereas, with the Natural Epsom salt, the magnesium content may vary.  

Himalayan Salt comes in many natural shades of colours. The colours of the crystal vary from pure white, pinks, oranges to deep reds, and sometimes a mixture of all. The reason for the variations of the Himalayan Salt is caused by the infusion of iron along with over 80 other minerals within the salt crystal. The richer the iron content, the richer the pinks, oranges and reds appear in the crystal.

Chemically they are both the same, they are also both free flowing powders. They are produced by different manufacturers. The country of origin of our TATA is Great Britain and the country of origin of our ETi is Turkey.

Both are mined from the Dead Sea Works however, our Dead Sea Bath Salt is 100% unrefined which means it is not treated or processed. Due to it being 100% unrefined, it contains higher levels of Magnesium than our Dead Sea Salt.

If you are returning the item because you no longer require it, you will need to arrange the return through your chosen courier, we cannot incur the cost of returning the item.

Any refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 5 working days for you to receive your refund depending on your payment provider.
