We use EVRi, DHL Parcel UK and DPD.

Yes we do! We offer Express delivery with DHL and EVRi. If a £6 shipping cost is paid in the checkout and if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) it will be dispatched the same day on a Express service (excluding weekends).

There are however some exclusions for Express delivery to the following locations - 

Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland.

Our couriers aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. However, our couriers will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

If your order is placed after 8am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then it will be shipped the following working day (excluding weekends) via a Standard Shipping service.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we cannot change the delivery address. If you contact us via:

we can then arrange for your order to be cancelled and refunded and then you can place the order again, with the correct address.

Yes, all of them are. You will get your tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been printed and processed in our warehouse.

Once your order has been placed you will be given an estimated delivery date through your confirmation email. You will also be given a tracking number within your confirmation email. Please track your order to check the progress of your delivery. Our Food Grade products are marked with the initials FCC on the product label. FCC means Food Chemical Codex which is a is a collection of internationally recognised standards for the purity and identity of food ingredients.

Yes it is aluminium and gluten free

There is no difference between Baking Soda and Sodium Bicarbonate. Baking Soda is just an alternative name for Sodium Bicarbonate.

Himalayan Salt comes in many natural shades of colours. The colours of the crystal vary from pure white, pinks, oranges to deep reds, and sometimes a mixture of all. The reason for the variations of the Himalayan Salt is caused by the infusion of iron along with over 80 other minerals within the salt crystal. The richer the iron content, the richer the pinks, oranges and reds appear in the crystal.

If you are returning the item because you no longer require it, you will need to arrange the return through your chosen courier, we cannot incur the cost of returning the item.

Any refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for you to receive your refund depending on your payment provider.
