Yes we do! We offer Express delivery with DHL and EVRi. If a £6 shipping cost is paid in the checkout and if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) it will be dispatched the same day on a Express service (excluding weekends).
There are however some exclusions for Express delivery to the following locations -
Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland.

If your order is placed after 8am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then it will be shipped the following working day (excluding weekends) via a Standard Shipping service.

Yes, all of them are. You will get your tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been printed and processed in our warehouse.
Once your order has been placed you will be given an estimated delivery date through your confirmation email. You will also be given a tracking number within your confirmation email. Please track your order to check the progress of your delivery. Yes we do, however we cannot ship to these locations on a Next Day service, they will be shipped on our Standard shipping service. Please see our "Do you offer Next Day service?" section for further information regarding locations we cannot offer Next Day shipping to.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or because you have received the incorrect order please contact us via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 01603 720202
If you are returning the item because you no longer require it, you will need to arrange the return through your chosen courier, we cannot incur the cost of returning the item.
Any refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for you to receive your refund depending on your payment provider.
