Yes, if a £6 shipping cost is paid in the checkout and if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) it will be dispatched the same day on a Next Day service.

If your order is placed after 8am Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) then it will be shipped the following day via a Standard shipping service.
The Standard shipping service that our couriers offer is 48 hours - Our couriers aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. However, our couriers will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

Yes, all of them are. You will get your tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been printed and processed in our warehouse.
Once your order has been placed you will be given an estimated delivery date through your confirmation email. You will also be given a tracking number within your confirmation email. Please track your order to check the progress of your delivery. Yes we do, however we cannot ship to these locations on a Next Day service, they will be shipped on our Standard shipping service. Please see our "Do you offer Next Day service?" section for further information regarding locations we cannot offer Next Day shipping to.

Our Epsom Salt Pharmaceutical is manufactured in China and our Epsom Salt Natural is produced in Germany. Due to the Epsom Salt Pharmaceutical being manufactured we can guarantee that the magnesium levels throughout will be consistent whereas, with the Natural Epsom salt, the magnesium content may vary.

If you are returning the item because you no longer require it, you will need to arrange the return through your chosen courier, we cannot incur the cost of returning the item.
Any refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 5 working days for you to receive your refund depending on your payment provider.
