Sourced from the Himalayan mountains, our Himalayan Salt contains over 80 minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. Washed, dried and sieved to achieve high purity, Himalayan Salt can be used to promote general health and wellbeing. 

Himalayan Salt contains magnesium, which is known to reduce stress and tension and soothe aching muscles and joints.
