Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) can be dissolved in warm bath water and is often used after a busy day or workout. Add approximately 250g – 1kg to your bath while it fills with warm water. Epsom Salt is a popular addition to bath time routines.

Magnesium is key to plant growth and Epsom Salt is full of it. To remedy, add 1-2 tablespoons to around 4.5 litres of water to increase magnesium levels in the soil. Epsom Salt has a lot of other uses in the garden, such as seed starting, foliage spray, as soil amendment for better drainage and to deter slugs. People swear by Epsom Salt to remedy magnesium deficiency in tomatoes, apples, grape vines, raspberries, roses and rhododendrons.

Epsom Salt is used in many personal care and household applications. It can be added to DIY scrubs or used in foot soaks as part of regular routines. It may also be included in hair and skincare recipes such as masks or exfoliators when mixed with other ingredients like honey, oils, or clay.
