Pour around 300g of Epsom Salt into your bath as you fill it with warm water and get ready for some serious relaxation. Epsom Bath Salts soothe irritated muscles and joint pain, improve circulation and decrease swelling, offering relief that will continue after your bath.

Magnesium is key to plant growth and Epsom Salt is full of it. To remedy, add 1-2 tablespoons to around 4.5 litres of water to increase magnesium levels in the soil.
